Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling Charges
- Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Freight Carrier: For oversized or heavy goods, delivery is curbside only. You are responsible for moving items into your home or business.
Shipping Territory
- Coverage: Room Complete ships only within the contiguous United States (48 states). No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Estimated Shipping Time
- Delivery Time: Provided in the product description or shopping cart. Transit times exclude weekends and holidays. Freight items will be delivered within the period listed in the item’s description.
- Carrier Contact: You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange delivery.
Refused or Mis-delivered Shipments
- Cost: If you refuse delivery or provide inaccurate address details, the order will be returned at your cost. Deductions include shipping charges, return shipping charges, a 15% restocking fee, and any damage costs.
Merchandise Damaged During Shipment
- Procedure: Refuse delivery if there is apparent damage. If damage is found after acceptance, contact Room Complete immediately and save all packaging.
Room Complete’s Limited Warranty
- Warranty Period: 30-day limited warranty for defects. Some products may have additional manufacturer’s warranties.
